Swap App
The Swap App is the mobile app that station attendants use at Ampersand swap stations to swap a driver’s empty battery for a charged one. Attendants use it to scan batteries, check their charge level, put returned batteries on chargers, take payment, and even collect loan repayments, and it keeps working without internet. Everything recorded in the app syncs to AmperOps, so the company can follow every swap and every battery in real time.
