AmperOps
AmperOps is Ampersand’s internal operations platform, the system staff use to run the whole battery-swap network across Rwanda and Kenya. Through its web dashboard, teams track every battery, station, driver, and vehicle in real time, including battery health, alerts, swaps, payments, and loans. It also powers the mobile apps (the Driver App, Amper Fleet, and the Swap App used at stations), so everything in the business runs through it.
Design is available upon request through its internal tool.
